Hello!
I am Brother Cliff Cook, pastor at Cleveland First Baptist Church. I was ordained and licensed in the Gospel ministry in 2008 at Union Hill Baptist Church in Oneonta, Alabama. For the last fourteen years, I have served as a pastor of a Southern Baptist Church in the Blount County and Cullman County areas. Before my call to pastor, I served in the church as a deacon and Sunday School and Discipleship training
teacher for many years.
It is my heart to see others come to faith in Christ and grow in the personal relationship they have with Him. My goal in ministry is to preach the Gospel, standing on the truth of the Bible, and to see God receive the glory in all things, while staying focused on the Gospel and the fulfillment of the “Great Commission” (Matt.28:16-20) in making disciples.
My wife, Achsha, and I have been married since 1986. We have two beautiful daughters, Kaleigh and Kristin. We also have two wonderful sons-in-law and two adorable grandsons.
